This website does not use cookies, analytics, or tracking, and it has no user accounts. Browsing the site does not send us any personal information. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) for security and to keep the site running reliably.

How we use it

We use your information to respond to your enquiry, discuss and quote for your project, and — if we work together — to plan, manage, and deliver the work. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, and the performance of a contract once a project is agreed.

Where a project requires it, we may share relevant details with the trusted trades and professionals involved — for example structural engineers, architects, or suppliers — and only what they need for the job.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as it's needed to deal with your enquiry. If we carry out work for you, we keep project records for as long as reasonably necessary afterwards for legal, insurance, warranty, and tax purposes.

Your rights
