The lower ground floor of a period house needed more usable space and a cleaner relationship with the garden, alongside a full refresh of the kitchen, bathroom, and everyday finishes.

A lower-ground-floor extension and renovation including structural works, a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring, decoration, and garden and terrace improvements to make the outside space work with the new layout.

We planned the work around the lower-ground-floor structure and access, coordinating trades so the new extension, interiors, and garden works came together in the right order.
- The result
A brighter, more useful lower ground floor with a considered kitchen and bathroom, fresh finishes, and a garden space that now feels properly connected to the house.
